Contact Centre Team Leader
I am the Contact Centre Team Leader and look after 9.5 advisors, as well as 2 x Field based Staff. We take all inbound telephone calls ranging across, billing, debt and operational queries. We pride ourselves on answering over 90% of our calls and over 86% of these are answered within 20 seconds. I have worked in the Water Industry for just over 11 years and moving to AfB has been the best move I have made. I love everything about it but most of all the people. I am looking forward to seeing AfB grow bigger and bigger and being part of it.

Fun fact about yourself: I sung from a very early age and have sung all over the Country, including the Albert Hall. I predominately sing Opera and can sing in Latin, French and German.
