Customer Support Advisor
I work in the metering team here at Affinity for Business. My role involves dealing with incoming and outbound calls, correspondence via email or letter writing to help resolve customer queries. I like that we are constantly trained and supported to ensure we have an understanding of system changes, Market Operator and customer needs. My work colleagues are always nice and very supportive which makes Affinity for Business a great company to work for.
