Can you give us a brief overview of what the business does?
Robert Deards is an Estate Management company for commercial lettings operating in the North of London.

Can you give us a brief overview of your role at the business?
I manage all the facilities and general clerical work, so if any tenants have problems or questions they will come through to me. I also deal with the businesses facilities management for our office – so the water, electricity and sewage supply.

What made you decide to stay with Affinity for Business when the water market opened?
We were always with Affinity for Business and then we received a letter that our waste-water was being transferred to Castle and our clean water supply was going to Affinity for Business. We then got a letter when the market opened, letting us know that we could have both water supplies with one retailer, so we went for that. We decided to stay with Affinity for Business because we wanted all our payments in one simple bill, we had always received great customer service and organisation from Affinity for Business previously, so it was an easy choice for us to switch both clean and waste water to them.

Good customer service was a really important factor when choosing to switch to Affinity for Business. We also were swayed by that fact that we could have all our bills in one.

Do you feel you have a good relationship with AfB?
Very good. When you have any problems, they are very helpful. They always answer their phone and will call you back if needed. Having both our bills in one has helped us immensely.

Affinity for Business are really good – if you have any issues with your water they will sort it and you can get through to them really easily. The process is so easy and I know that I can trust them to handle any situation.
