Press Release: Castle Water merges with Affinity for Business

Castle Water Limited, a leading UK business water retailer, has now merged with Affinity for Business (Retail) Limited, which provides water services to c.50,000 business customers throughout the UK.  

The merger will allow more efficient billing, reduced administration and improved customer service for the many Affinity for Business customers already served by Castle Water. 

As well as providing services to 350,000 business and charity customers throughout England and Scotland, Castle Water is now a leading supplier to the England Public Sector through the Crown Commercial Service framework – supplying local authorities, schools and NHS Trusts throughout England.

The Affinity for Business Welwyn Garden City office is now a new hub for Castle Water in the south of England.

Castle Water took over providing retail services to customers of Portsmouth Water in 2016, Thames Water in 2017 and South East Water in 2018. The company now supplies hundreds of thousands of customers across Scotland and England including the provision of water and wastewater services to the public sector in England.
