Explaining our charges
Our charges scheme was made under section 143 of the Water Industry Act 1991 and can be viewed here. We’ve submitted it to Ofwat, the water industry regulator, and it’s effective from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017. For more information about any of our tariffs for business customers, please get in touch with our team, who will be happy to talk you through them.
