If all of our customers switched to paperless billing, we would save around 3.4 tonnes of paper and envelopes and over 3,200kg of CO2e each year.
As an added incentive, for every 1,000 customers that switch to paperless billing, we will donate to projects that commit to offsetting at least a tonne of CO2 whilst making an impact on communities in developing countries.

We’ll also send an email notification to any other users and admins you have set up in your account, meaning all relevant contacts will be informed of any bill updates.

Paperless billing reduces clutter
Paper copies of bills can often be misplaced. By having everything stored in our secure My Account portal, you won’t ever have to rummage around to find paper bills. Paperless billing will also save you the task of filing and storing your paperwork. But you can always print a copy of your bill within the portal if you ever need to.
