Set up a Direct Debit

We know that you have a lot of things to think about so why not let your water bill take care of itself? Take away the hassle by paying by Direct Debit. Here’s just a few of the benefits of setting up a Direct Debit with us:

  • It only takes a few minutes to set up
  • You can spread the cost
  • You will receive a schedule of your payments at least 10 working days before the first payment is due – plenty of time for you to raise any queries you might have
  • You are entitled to receive an immediate refund for any payments that shouldn’t have been taken
  • You can choose your preferred payment date (1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd of the month)
  • You don’t need to remember to pay your bill
  • You’re covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society and notifying us

What you’ll need to set a Direct Debit up:

  • Your bank account details
  • Customer number
