You will receive a schedule of your payments at least 10 working days before the first payment is due – plenty of time for you to raise any queries you might have
You are entitled to receive an immediate refund for any payments that shouldn’t have been taken
You can choose your preferred payment date
(1st or 15th of the month)
You don’t need to remember to pay your bill
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society and notifying us
What you’ll need to set a Direct Debit up
- Your bank account details
- Customer reference number
