Customer Support Advisor

I work in the correspondence team here at Affinity for Business. My role involves dealing with incoming emails, enquiries and post (both physical post and digital post). On a day to day basis, I answer customer queries, establishing strong customer bonds. I like that staff are respected, encouraged to think for themselves and given that sense of ownership and responsibility here, employees really care for each other and that comes from the top!

Favourite expression: “You’re welcome”… It always follows thanks being given.
