I am the Lead Trainer at Affinity for Business, my job varies widely but includes everything from supporting and running recruitment days, being part of every employees first day (because we all need to know how the coffee machine works!) to providing extensive training programmes to the customer service teams.
I have been with AfB from day one and it has been exciting seeing it grow and take on new challenges. As the Lead Trainer I feel responsible for making sure our customer service advisors deliver an exceptional service to our customers and manage their expectations.
Coming from the water industry previously, my move to AfB was easy and the transition I needed to improve and expand on my skills. One way AfB is helping me achieve this is by guiding me and supporting me in further education within the Learning and Development industry.
